Word of Clout is operated by Word of Clout LLC. We build the Agent Content Network (ACN), a verified business database designed to be queried by AI agents, alongside GeoProof (AI visibility auditing) and RipurposeAI (content intelligence). 2. What We Collect
Depending on how you interact with our products, we may collect:
— Business information you submit for ACN listing (name, address, phone, website, services, hours)
— Contact information including email address and phone number
— Domain verification data when claiming a business listing
— Usage data including pages visited and features accessed
— Payment information for subscription services (processed by Stripe; we do not store card details)
3. How We Use Your Data
— To operate the Agent Content Network and serve verified business data to AI agents
— To verify business ownership and maintain data accuracy
— To generate Trust Scores and Recommendation Performance Scores
— To send transactional communications related to your listing or account
— To process payments for subscription services
We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. The Agent Content Network
The ACN is a public database designed to be queried by AI agents. When you claim and verify your business listing, the following data becomes publicly accessible via the ACN MCP Server:
— Business name, address, phone number, website, and operating hours
— Business description, services, and citable facts you provide
— Trust Score and verification status
Personal contact information (your email, payment details) is never exposed through the ACN. Only business-facing data you choose to publish is made available to AI agents.
5. Third-Party Services
— Stripe for payment processing
— MongoDB Atlas for data storage
— Vercel for hosting
— SendGrid for email delivery
Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.
6. Email Communications
If we send you an email, it will contain a clear unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe or replying “stop.” We honor all opt-out requests within 24 hours.
We do not purchase email lists. We only contact businesses using publicly available contact information from their own websites.
7. Data Retention
We retain business listing data and account information for as long as your listing is active. You may request removal of your listing and deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@wordofclout.ai.
8. Cookies
Word of Clout uses essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
9. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Ed25519 cryptographic signing for data provenance, secure API key management, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide.
10. Your Rights
— Request a copy of the data we hold about you or your business
— Request correction of inaccurate data
— Request deletion of your data and removal of your ACN listing
— Opt out of email communications at any time

11. Changes to This Policy
