These terms are a draft, non-binding operating notice pending Tani and legal review. They are published to make the checkout and subscription posture visible before final legal approval.
2. Services
Word of Clout provides agent-readiness infrastructure, verified business listing tools, and related dashboard services for business operators. Specific paid features may vary by plan and release status.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for accurate account information, domain verification, and any business data you submit. Do not submit data you are not authorized to manage.
4. Verification and Listings
Verified status reflects completion of the current Word of Clout verification workflow. It does not guarantee AI-agent ranking, citation volume, recommendations, revenue, or customer acquisition outcomes.
5. Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. Pricing, billing cadence, cancellation, and refund terms should be reviewed before purchase and remain subject to final legal approval.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Word of Clout to submit fraudulent business data, impersonate another business, abuse APIs, scrape protected systems, or interfere with platform operations.
