1. What this site is
Word Of Clout, LLC publishes signed verification records: propositions about providers, checked against public authorities the subject does not control. Independent audits of provider directory facts. Current scope: Missouri dental providers.
2. What a record states
A record states what each authority said, when it said it, and when the observation must be read again. Each proposition carries its own state (VERIFIED, UNVERIFIABLE, CONTESTED, or STALE). No record states or implies a whole-provider verdict, and no state implies a guarantee of any directory’s accuracy.
3. No ranking or distribution claims
A verification does not guarantee search ranking, citation volume, recommendations, revenue, or customer-acquisition outcomes of any kind. We do not score, rank, or estimate providers.
4. Reliance limits
Every observation carries a re-check deadline. A deadline ends permitted reliance on that evidence; it does not predict when reality changes. Reliance beyond a stated deadline, or on any inference a record does not state, is the relying party’s own act.
5. Engagements
Engagements are commissioned work: a buyer supplies a cohort and fields; we check selected provider facts against public authorities and deliver signed findings with evidence and explicit limits. Engagements are not open at this time; commercial terms are published only when agreed.
