This refund and cancellation policy is a draft, non-binding operating notice pending Tani and legal review. It should not be treated as final legal advice or final contract language.
2. Cancellations
Subscription cancellation should be available through the approved billing-management flow once live billing management has been verified. Until that flow is formally launched, contact hello@wordofclout.ai for cancellation support.
3. Refund Requests
Refund requests will be reviewed case by case. Approved refunds may depend on payment date, usage, billing errors, duplicate charges, and applicable law.
4. No Outcome Guarantee
Refund eligibility is not based on expected AI ranking, citation volume, recommendations, traffic, revenue, or customer acquisition outcomes. Word of Clout sells platform access and verified workflow services, not guaranteed distribution results.
5. Payment Processor
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund timing after approval may depend on card network and payment-processor timelines.
